A successful marketer must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the customers requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints.

Job Location: Chennai.

Job Type: Part time, Full-Time

Compensation: 15k for freshers & 50k experienced. +Attractive incentives. 

Interview pattern: face to face

Roles and Responsibilities:

Determining client needs and financial abilities

Presentation about the project which suits to the client in person

Remain knowledgeable about real estate market and best practices

Price negotiation, sales closing

You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services.

Servicing to the client till registration

Qualification:

10th, +2, any degree with or without marketing experiences also preferred. 

Proven track of successful sales record

Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
